Aqua Wall panels are supplied with a 20-year structural guarantee, warranting that the structural integrity of the product will not fail under normal conditions within 20 years from the date of purchase.

Prior to installation, all panels must be carefully inspected for defects, colour variation, or surface imperfections; once installed, panels are deemed to be accepted and no claims will be accepted for visible defects that should reasonably have been identified before fixing.

As installation details, structural design, and environmental conditions are beyond the Company’s control, no responsibility can be accepted for improper installation or for care and maintenance after installation. In the event of a latent defect caused by improper manufacturing, the Company will replace the defective product, provided written notification is received and the cost of replacement is pre-approved by the Company in writing prior to the commencement of any warranty work.

The Company will not be responsible for panels installed with visible defects. Aqua Wall panels are manufactured to strict tolerances; however, slight variations in colour, texture, pattern, finish, or minor surface imperfections (including micro-spots, fine lines, or subtle surface finish marks) are inherent in the manufacturing process, do not constitute defects, and do not affect performance.

Variations in colour, shading, and texture may also occur between different production batches of SPC panels, and customers are therefore advised to purchase sufficient packs in a single order to complete their project.
